Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Out of respect for our technicians please allow 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointments. We are requiring all clients to put their card on file in order to book future appointments with us. There will be a 100% charge for no-show and 50% charge for cancellations within a 24 hour window. Please plan accordingly when booking your appointments. We understand certain circumstances are unavoidable and emergencies happen. Please contact us personally if this occurs to avoid being charged.
Running late, let us know as soon as possible. There may be a downgrade in your appointment service to avoid running behind on the next client. No communication 15 mins past your appointment will result in your appointment being marked a no-show and no-show fee will be applied. If we have to cancel your appointment because we are still not able to fit you in the cancellation fee still applies.
No refunds are given off services. If there is an issue with your service or you're unhappy with the results please contact us personally to book a repair/ complementary service (only 3 days after service).
Side note: If its been more than 3 days past your service date before contacting us, you will be charged for your repair service.
